The Invoice and Vendor Bill screens are where your finance team spends a significant portion of their day reviewing amounts, confirming recipients, chasing approvals, and processing payments. In a database with hundreds of customers and vendors, a name in a text field is often all that connects a document to the person or company behind it.

With a single installation, the profile image stored against a customer or vendor in your Odoo Contacts automatically appears on their Invoices and Vendor Bills turning every accounting document into a visually identified record, without any manual effort or per-invoice configuration.
Overview
The Creyox Customer Image in Invoice/Bill module extends Odoo's Accounting module to display the customer or vendor's profile image directly on their Invoice and Bill records. The image is sourced from the contact's existing Odoo partner record the same photo or logo you have already uploaded to their contact profile and rendered automatically on every Invoice or Bill where that contact is assigned. The module applies to both document types in Odoo's Accounting flow: customer Invoices (outgoing) and vendor Bills (incoming). For customer Invoices, the customer's profile photo or company logo is shown. For vendor Bills, the vendor's image is used. There is no separate configuration step required per document and no toggle to enable per invoice. Install the module, and the images appear across all existing and future invoicing documents that have a contact with an uploaded image.
